Dvd Wont Read Games But Plays Dvd And Musci Please Help

you need your drivekey from the original dvd that your xbox came with, and flash it into the new dvd drive.

new drives or drives from other systems, are keyed to only work with the system they originally came with.
(yes you need to flash it, i'd do a search for a tutorial, bound to be one on this site somewhere.)
