No Video Or Sound On Xbox 360

I was trying to fix my xbox, and i have a working one as well for comparison. When I turn it on, I get no sound or video. The cables are fine because they work fine on the other xbox 360. The warranty seal is broken. No logo shows up or anything.

i would say heat gun the north bridge and Ana chip... and then if that did not work... xclamp...
