For some odd reason the audio goes up and down on my 360 this only happens during gameplay, watching movies or tv shows on 360 is fine. I have tried multiple games and on two different tvs . i have tried external speakers and still the same problem. It only does this when using HDMI. I have just received my 360 back from repair and now im stressing on sending it back. Basically after 1 second the audio lowers then slowly goes back to normal again and then repeats process. i have tried reconnecting everything. i am going to get another HDMI cable to test and see if that works. Has anyone else had this problem?

Problems like this generally have to do with bad contact with connections. I have the same problem with my PC speakers and it turns out that the volume control remote - which has a volume knob - was ahving simple contact issues. Trying a new cable might work.
