Update: So I belive it was that I dindt use enough AS5 so I pulled the box apart and cleaned it and put more on this time only time will tell if this was it so far so good.

There shouldn't be a lot of AS5, it should be a paper-thin layer. It does seem like GPU overheating however, are your fans both plugged in and working?

AS5 is used basically to fill in the cracks and tiny spaces between the heatsink and the die of the chip. It's not used for bonding (for lack of a better term).
