The Weirdest Thing I Have Ever Seen On Xbox 360

My brother got an XBOX 360 about 3 weeks ago.  Everything works fine EXCEPT for FIFA08.  Every time, after about 3-4 games, the next game has lines that are connected from the edge of the display to every player's heads and arms that move with the player.  It's like they are the vector graphic lines used to "redraw" the players as they move but obviously they shouldn't show.  It also shows in the arena.  We have tried 3 copies of FIFA08, 2 of which work fine in my XBOX360 so it can't be the discs.  No other game or movie has issues - it is really quite odd!

Has anyone seen anything like this before?  I'm thinking that he'll have to return the 360.

It's a fault with the console. My mates did that with his launch console and the previous Fifa,  FIFA07. the appearance of the lines was identical. the game was tried in mine and worked perfectly. We also tried my copy of the same original game in his and it did the same. Not with any other game did this occur.

Thanks for the confirmation.  After all our debugging, we concluded that it had to be the console.

He is returning it this week.
