To be honest, the NTSC/PAL difference is just for namesake these days. Almost all TVs accept both standards. You'll be having problems finding games for it in NZ though. You can check the PlayAsia pages to see which games are region free and get those I guess. Or order from them, whatever's easy for you.

If you don't have a TV that accepts both standards, you'll have problems. In an original Xbox, it is just a matter of editing the .XBE of the game to change it to NTSC/PAL I think. I've forgotten most of it since I didn't use my Xbox1 for anything other than XBMC.

Didn't the Xbox1 have an inbuilt PSU? Wasn't it universal?
