Did you try reading the owners manua? I bet somewhere in there is tells how to get the monitor to 1:1 pixel mode, and if it doesn't have that feature then you should have bought a different monitor.

you need 1:1, samsung monitors that small don't typically support that feature.  

I had the same issue, but eventually got a big tv.  But to be honest, it looked fine.  You'll adjust, it looks good enough.
