4-red Rings Error

Try another cable, make sure the switch is set correctly (SD or HD), make sure it's in all the way, etc. It could be a bent pin on the A/V output too.

Either a bent pin or maybe a broken solder joint on the A/V output socket. Have you done any mods to this system? If not, I'd say send it in for a refurb.
