No Video Or Audio(did Not Do X-clamp)

I forgot to mention that im 100% sure that my tv and cables work just fine

Hey... I had the very same thing.  First no video.  Did the towel trick bunch of times with temporary results.  Also took the case off and used hot hair dryer.  

Eventually, I got the three rings, so decided to replace the x clamps.  Replaced them with the screws and nylon washers and new silver arctic thermal paste.  

When I put it all back together evrything was just perfect.

People are even selling the parts cheap if you find this easier.  I got mine at ACE hardware.

Did your try fiddling with the black screws that go into the x-clamps through the metal case? On all of the penny fixes I have done that was THE key to getting them to run properly. Some may need to be removed, some may need to be loosened.

If that doesn't do it then replace the x-clamps, but DO NOT do the towel trick, you stand to ruin other components also!

I was planning to do the x-clamp replacement but I heard it only temporarily fixes the video and audio problem. And I heard that around a month after the clamp replacement is done the video is gone but the audio is fine

I removed all the black screws(exept the ones that hold the power button on).

lol......I did the towel trick dozens of times.
