not to mention it says harddrive failure in the beginning when booting up bios

new error! Oh joy. Okay I tried to do the ghost.exe /ir way, still no number to copy down in the beginning and when I do disk to disk it says Only one drive! You cannot clone locally. Grr, it's not reconizing my xbox drive, any help anyone?
