3-9-04 Pixel Adjustment Anybody Else Have Problems

i found that in the pixel ratio adjustment option it does not change the screen in real time as you are adjusting the pixel size as it did in previous releases... you have to press x to see what it looks like when you're done adjusting.....is it supposed to be like this? also the weather sometimes refreshes off my city to london,eng...wtf
