have you tried cleaning the disk / lens?

360 still under warranty? take it back if it is.

I havent posted in forever, but i have the same problem. Its not quite as bad as yours. I have flickers in my colors. My greens get dark and so do the reds. I replaced my component cables and it still didnt fix it. It didnt start till i started plaving a badly scratched game. Not that i think that could at all be the reason. I got my 360 on release so my warranty is gone and it has been opend, so what do we do now?

Well first I'd say try to swap out the video cables, then try on different tv, the basic stuff. If that doesn't work, then it looks to me like the gpu is artifacting a lot, and would suggest cooling it down (replace thermal paste, aftermarket fans, etc etc, read the hardware faq for more cooling options), and then try it again. If that's not it then the gpu probably has a few bad solder joints and would look into replaceing the x-clamps or trying the heat gun method. If nothing helps, then the gpu may have been damaged beyond repair
