Best Monitor For 360

I am thinking about getting a pc monitor for my 360,
can sombody tell me the best settings for me to use for the best graphical experience
i have been told to use 1280 x 720 on a 19" widesrcreen but at what refresh rate (hz)?
if anyone has any other suggestions please post .

The 360 will only let you change the resolution, not the refresh rate. So it doesn't really matter.
