Problems With Displaying 1080p

We are having problems with a Teac LCD which has 1920x1080 resolution, displaying 1080P thru the xbox 360.

go there and go down to DaveP's post he has included some pics of problem. Just wondering if anyone on this forum could shed sum light on the situation.
