Ahh no, redwolf asked specifically if the TV supports 60Hz at those resolutions, its not a range between 50Hz and 100Hz that your TV can just sync to. Doesn't work like that sadly.

Clearly you are in PAL territory as 100Hz is just a gimmick which doubles the 50Hz refresh of PAL signals inorder to reduce flicker. You also have a Samsung which are notorious in PAL territories for not supporting HD resolutions at 60Hz. Sorry, looks like you are out of luck.
