Now i know next to nothing about all this AV crap, but i know enough to know that has alot of features for a low price. It comes in under my budget but any others are over my budget.

basically im looking for any opinions or to hear form anyone who knows better than i do.

So its pretty much this or or a non hd projector.

my budget is around £600 incase anyone from the uk has any recomendations. (im cheap laugh.gif)

This probably needs to be in one of the off-topic forums. This has nothing to do with a 360 other than the fact that it may be hooked to it.

If thats the case I could open a thread "What thumb drive to get?"

i thought about that but ive seen many a thread about tv's in here, they were alot more frequent around the release of the 360 however, obviously if a mod wants to move it then so be it but i dont think its too far off topic, giving that im buying it soley for my 360 laugh.gif

Even if your 360 is going to be hooked to it it still shouldn't go here... I bought my 360 a DVD Movie...does that mean I can talk about some DVD movies for my 360? Totally not being a jerk, just making a point  tongue.gif

One thing you may want to look at and consider is that ccheaper LCD TVs have problems with screen burn. Try and get one that has automatic pixel-shifting capabilities, although this won't be easy to find on cheap TVs. I'll look around.

There have ben a lot of similar topics in here. As it is for use with a 360 exclusively and opinions are needed as to its suitability for that it can stay here.
I never heard of the make before but its very cheap. Unfortunately you do usually get what you pay for. Having said that for use with a 360 alone it will probably do what you want it to do with ease.
Viewing off air pictures on it however may leave a little to be desired. Same thing goes for spares availability. what seems a bargain now may not be so when the warranty expires and it needs a part, only to find the company has gone and produced a limited volume production run.
If anyone has one already it would be interesting to see what they think of its reproduction.
Edit
Just had a browse and I reckon the pull would be bigger in AV technical
Edit 2
cr4ck3rj4ck don't play mini mod.
LCD Tv sets do not suffer from screen burn, in fact that has almost been sorted on most new plasma tv sets now

Your right it probably will get a better response there, thanks for moving it

I see what your saying about the warranty etc but this is really just to tide me over for 6 months or so until i can afford something better so hopefully that wont be much of an issue.

Ive heard good things about these brands regardless of the price, with any luck they will be more of a cheaper set because of the no-name brand. Because there is always the "your paying for the name" factor.

I can deal with the crap quality from off air picture, or ill just have my old crt set up too..

i might even consider getting a better quality 26".

Like chancer said if anyone has had any experience with Mirai or Phocus sets id like to hear what you think of them.

well due to price restrictions i dont have much choice but to buy onlne.

Whats really pissing me off is how higher quality 26" are under my budget but the 32" are just over. Why dont they make 28 sad.gif

IPB Image

just got this bad boy tonight and i must say £600 well spent, bargain in my eyes.

sky acctually looks not bad through it  blink.gif

buyitmodit : what size of tv do you have now? i went from a 24 to this 32 and i will admit if i had of got bigger i wouldnt have been happy, remember with the majority of "cheaper" panels the resolution is always 1280x720, which means that the bigger you go the more the image is stretched and will look worse..although that varies on distance you sit from it. 32" is ideal for me and im glad i went for it.
