no it will not work..

All peripherals require an MS brand security chip to communicate with the Xbox 360 (with the exception of mass storage devices and keyboards)

Not to mention any USB device would require MS to certify drivers to use them and MS would need to put those drivers in the dashboard themselves... No drivers no support.

the only make shift way around this would be to rewire the camera to allow for a composite input... kinda like people used to wire the lcds straight to the mobo on the xbox... this still would not get your audio... you'd have to do the same sort of thing with the headset or the headset adapter that datatel made....
