Does anyone use a KVM switch to change between their computer and 360? Which one do you use?

Or can anyone suggest one to use? I have looked but they are designed primarily for PCs. The problem with that is is that there is one VGA going into the monitor from the KVM switch box, then 2 coming out the other end to go to the PC and xbox. The problem is is that VGA obviously doesn't connect to the 360, unless you mod it!  tongue.gif

I just need a KVM switch box with one VGA output to the monitor and two VGA inputs. Any ideas?

Cheers

EDIT: Would something like this work?

It looks like it might work to me...

I dont understand how you can use that. My 360 doesn't have a VGA output on the back, does yours? lol I have the official VGA cable at the moment, but I really don't see how a gender changer solves that problem. All I need is a little box with male connectors actually just so I can plug in standard VGA cables for the PC and box-to-monitor part and then the 360's VGA cable for the 360.

Sorry if I being a complete berk, but I don't think theres anyway that link you provided will work at all.

Heres what I mean.... sorry for the crude drawing  laugh.gif

Most people use a gender changer for:

To plug the VGA cable to a gender changer to your monitor cable (if it doesn't disconnect)

KVM switches are mainly used for to different computer that need to be used on one monitor. In this case it's unneccicary.

This Is What You Need

I have no problem with that, no gender changer needed  biggrin.gif

Thanks for the link, I live in the UK so I couldn't get that box, but I've found a couple on a british site that I'll give a go. I'll probably get a 4 port one as I'm planning to buy a component >>> VGA box for my Gamecube and PS2 as well  rolleyes.gif
