Connecting Xbox 360 To Pc Speakers ?

hi, i'm using a VGA cable to connect my xbox 360 to 19 widescreen pc lcd monitor but no sound any idea how do i connect the red & black wires attached to the VGA cable to my Pc speakers ?? is there anything i need to buy .

any help is appreciated.
