If I had to take my chances, id bet on it being a media center version that was rumored way back before the 360 was officially announced

in reply to whoever said my ideas were wrong:

7 xbox versions have had the ethernet on the right of the a/v and on the right side of the board.

I highly doubt MS would provide a second version of the x360, unless it was some type of "Media Center Edition" as previously stated. More Sony Fanboy trolling, do not feed!

you know why?

well, MS have never released any form of a console with a standalone port, always done through the a/v multi out.

and secondly. the network ports is always on the right. it is on the current 360s and on the xbox 1.

and thirdly, that heat sink is on the wrong side, same goes for the pcb. the pcb should be on the left, cos the av multi and the network is always on the far right hand side of the xbox and 360s motherboards.

only plausible reason for the wrong way round is that someone horizontally flipped the image, but why? and if they were in some image editing software, they could easily photoshop it.

But my wish is M$ will give a great discount on buying a new Xb360 with HDMI when i bring my old X360 back...
And they resell it for 250 Euro (Or i buy a second 360 for 299 With a hdmi port and keep my first 360)

At some point, MS may have no choice but to release an HDMI adapter of some sort.  If the industry starts enforcing the HDCP protocol, all of the 360 HD-DVD buyers will no longer be watching newly released films in their full glory.

How tragic would that be?  I would say some sort of HD pack adapter is necessary.  Why not just release it with the player itself??

umm, actually if it is a fake, none of what you just typed here matters now does it?

if you have never bothered to look at the inside on a xbox or xbox360, then do us all a favor and stick to what you know... others have already agreed that the picture was obviously transposed and all i added to the conversation was one additional point about the molex fan connectoer, which also points to it being fake, but you did not bother to address either of thoise points.

Is the image mirrored or fsked up or something?  The heatsinks are flipped, the AV port is moved around, and the USB ports are backwards, along with the actual ports being upside-down.  I claim fake/dev.
