Watching Standard Cable On Hdtv Lcd

What type of tuner needs to be build in to watch standard cable on a hd lcd?  Also what about the free hd channels?  I'm thinking of getting this tv.

NTSC tuner for standard, analog cable.

ATSC tuner for HD / ATSC broadcasts.

QAM tuner / CableCard support for digital cable.
