Hi there.

A noob question!

How do I change by skin i XBMC?? I have the skin i want on my pc.
But in which drive, folder and so on should i put my new skin in??  <

You change it in the settings section of XBMC (if you have more than the default skin present on your Xbox).
The skin on your PC goes into the F drive/Apps/XBMC/Skins

I have moved my skin to F/Apps/XBMC/Skin- but i can't find anywhere to chose skin in the media player on the box.
can you help with that too?

I'm running XBMX from 2003 - an old one. Got the new 2004 here on my PC, but dont know how to install it on my box.

Okey, first thing first. Dump that old version. As you have managed to "install" the new skin you are pretty much there when it comes to installing the new verision of XBMC. Check the documentation that came with the new version.
Or....move everything in the old XBMC folder into a new folder and ftp the new app into the same position as the old. Presto!
When the new version (make sure it is the latest proper version) has been installed, go into "Settings". From there everything is pretty much self-explaining.
