I bought the MS ones.

A few questions:

How can I find out what resolution my computer monitor can display? What is considered HD quality?

What resolution do I change my 360 to (im guessing it should correspond with my monitor)?

What if I set the resolution too high  or low?

What resolution should I change the 360 to when using my regular (non-HD) TV?

Does it matter which VGA switch I buy?

Im currently using a Dell flat screen monitor but I have a CRT monitor thats bigger. Will the CRT produce better images?
