720p Or 1080i

I've got a LG 32", 1366*768, and it acepts from 480i to 1080i, wich configuration shuld i use? If i use 1080i is the signal "downsampled"?

I'm usig component conection, but it has a vga to dvi cable, can i get better image whith a 360 vga cable?

Yes your TV will convert the 1080i signal to something lower that it can show on the screen. However a lot of people think that 1080i still looks better than 720p. Basically what you need to do is try all video settings on your 360 and use whatever YOU think looks best. I use different resolutions depending on what i'm doing with my TV.
