Xbox Live Voice Comunication Bitrate

Does anyone know what the bitrate is for xbox live voice comunication or is it not applicable? I have tried to find out what bitrate is for voice comunication for a week now and I can't find the information. I have asked M$'s customer support and they won't tell me or don't know. Any help is much appreciated.

I believe your Live connection reserves 64kbps for voice chat.
