well to me that doesnt look ingame it was a little dark at first but i just opened it up in wmp and turned up the brightness still looks sweet tho

some things looked rendered but a lot looked very possible on the 360 knowing what ubisoft has done with the original xbox. plus with the scene being all black and only having 3 characters tops with no AI or physics, the 360 could render this whole trailer in real time no problem.
