i dont know about these being new confirmed 360 pictures because they look really familiar, however the article is correct about the cut-scenes. the devs have said that while the cut scenes on the xbox are rendered, they are real time on the 360 and some are interactive as well.

Those screens look pretty good. Shows alot of the "using your partner in prison as a distraction" that was spoken about in the interview.

Definiently want this one soon. Too bad huh?
