New Splinter 4 Pics?

No idea if these are geuine or even ingame, its a Sunday and Im avoiding going out and shoveling  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Looks more like fancy artwork to me. Who cares, its SC 4 related...

The fact that the brick wall in the second pic is curved, it proves that it's artwork.

I can't wait for this game.  I guess they officially named it now.  It's called "Splinter Cell: Double Agent".  They had a preview of it last night on the lame Spike TV VGAs.  The preview was awesome!
