Screen Calibration Trouble

Can anyone give me any tips, I'm having trouble calibrating the screen in XBMC.
I'm running it at 1080i and when I watch videos the OSD is half cut off and part of the video is cut off at the bottom.

I went into settings and messed with the overscan and etc but it doesn't seem to do much.  <
