I had that same problem about 4 months ago. You have two choices.
1. Reload your save before that happen.
2. Buy the Knight Of The Nine add-on and it will delete all your infamy. wink.gif
And in the future: Take a look at your bounty, Infamy, and Fame, in your journal every few hours.
