Im on the Allies for bruma quest.  I have all the towns done, but when I go to talk to Count Andel Indarys of Cheydinhal, he hates me and won't talk to me.  I need to talk to him to finish this quest.  

He's mad at me because I accidentally killed his son in an Oblivion Gate.  Now he won't talk to me.  Is there anyway to make him happy again.  I don't won't to restart this just because of this.

that quest is optional. So you dont need to talk to the Count. Just skip that town, you will have a few less soldiers, but they dont make much of a difference anyway.
