Ok, I can not figure out how to get into this house. I've talked to everyone in town and in the castle, and searched around the house, but still can't find a way into this house. I've even gone through all 28 pages of this forum and found nothing.

Am I just overlooking something basic, or is there no way inside?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Get into Dark Brotherhood, and do the quest "Whodunit." Then talk to the porter (he will stand there if you're doing the quest) and he'll give you the key. And now you can get into the place
