i have got to the point where you are supposed to meed Carius at the Tap and Tack in an hour, i went straight there and waited one hour, i.e. 1hr + walking time... he never showed and i cant find him anywhere, the green quest arrow is in the tap and tack but carius doesnt turn up... help me!!!

Check the rooms upstairs.

i have checked both rooms upstairs and the locked basement,,,, no joy :*(

Check if "A Brotherhood Betrayed" is your active quest. I've made that mistake before. I've accidentally activated other quests and couldn't figure out why the arrow was in the wrong location.

it is,

"i've given gelebourne's journal to Carius. He wass shocked at the story contained within, and vowed to bring Raynil to justice. He's gone to inform the guards. He said to meet him back at Olav's tap and tack in an hour."

thats my current quest.

oh well, i guess ill have to skip this one, i doubt there's anything too great as a reward!

In that case, it does sound like a glitch. That sucks, man.
