Jonplum ranch unicorn

The location of the unicorn can be quite hard to find at times, somewhat
impassible it might seem.  I had 362 hours of gameplay, 876 saved games, and
1342 days past in the game after beating the main quest before i finally found
one for myself.  But i found out that whenever it escapes one always appears
on the map after this glitch.  



There are seven total spots in the world not marked by the map or in any type
of 20$ strategy guide.  One of which is Jonplum ranch.  It is located 210
paces southwest of chorrol.  If you go to this ranch, talk to the owner named
Lucas.  Ask about unicorns and he will tell you to go out around back and he
has one he will be willing to let you take for a small sum of 7000 gold.  Your
first bet would be to kill him, but dont.  If you pay the gold, tlk to him
again about the unicorn.  He starts to lauph and says he never realy had one.  
DONT KILL HIM YET.  run down to the trap door in the fire place and you will
see a room with a unicorn in it.



Go back upstairs and talk to him.  he will appologize for lying and give you
the unicorn and the money back.  Then you kill him, take the Jonplum ranch key
and whenever you want a unicorn it is there at his house.



Has anybody found Jonplum ranch?

Wind Cave
Nonungalo
Echo Mine
Brotch Camp
Fort Dirich
Dagonys Camp
Varondo
Camp ales
Fort Linchal
Fort Hasterel
Trumbe
Fort Wariel
Niryastare

But no bloody Jonplum ranch.
Does anybody know if its near one of these landmarks??
I've gone SW from Chorrol although I dont know how you figure out 210 paces from virtually North Country Stables to right across the map and nothing.

I know you can go to Inn of Illomen and walk east to get a unicorn, I've done that, but this other way means I can always get a unicorn if it wanders off.
