Hey, I am trying to do the quest for the shrine of Sanguine, and to activate the shrine I have to offer it some Cyrodillic Brandy, But the problem is, I have no idea where to find any. I have been looking forever with no luck, so if you guys know where I could purchase or find some I would greatly appreciate it.

I saw some laying on the middle table inside the potion shop of the imperial city(if you dont mind sneaking in and stealing it)
