Vampire Curse Problem

Ok Ive already completed it all and gotten the potion and I still have the extra one for the count in skingrad. The problem im having is that whenever I talk to the count's assistant(Shes the one who it shows im supposed to go to on the map) she just says count is waiting don't delay, blah blah. And I can't seem to find the count or she doesn't even attempt to go to where hes at.

Can anyone help me on this?

She doesn't walk anywhere she just walks around the room talking to guards and the other jackass assistant. And no he's not in the room. Where is the secret door?
