So I killed an innocent and got the 'unknown people have seen this act' or whatever. The next time I went to sleep was in the Mythic Dawn caverns and the Dark Brotherhood came, but then the Mythic Dawn killed the guy from the Dark Brotherhood. I got a message saying that my ties to the Dark Brotherhood were severed forever. So I thought "lame!" so I loaded up my last save before I went to sleep and played on without going to sleep in the caverns. When I went to sleep after I got out, no visit. What gives?

Pick a more secure place to sleep. I actually slept in the Bruma Fighters Guild and he thought that was "safe"....

Yeah, I went to sleep again and I guess he thought it was more secure and came in. The blade of woe is going to get a workout soon.

I was messing around and good thing i saved because after i went to sleep Lucien came and then i got bored so i decided to kill him and he DOES die...!!!try it for yourself if you want

If Lucien Lachance can die then they must be serious when they say your ties to the DB are severed forever. The majority of the DB questline is dependent on him.

Lachance can die before you join but not after you joined the DB. Cept later...well play the whole DB quests and find out. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
