im curently doing the mages guild mision where u have to cast spells on the piller.  Anyway, im having trouble finding a spell that drains magica.  I went to make one in the university, but all i could make was one that weekens them to magic.  I've been a bunch of places and can't find one.  Can someone point me in the direction of a place i can buy a spell that does this?  Thanks in advance and sorry for the noob question but i don't want to go to every mages guild and spell shop to look for it

hmm.. doesnt the guy prior to the pillars have scrolls for all the spells you need?

There is a scroll, but if you are like me, you used it trying to figure out the "code". lol
