if youre judging it by the intro music, youre correct. But walk near 2 NPC's talking and rotate your character and youll hear their voices come thru the center channel as you turn. The center is being used what its meant for, dialog

Hmm..  never noticed.  That may be because my front left and front right speakers are only three feet away from the center channel...
