Was anybody else under the impression that drinking the human blood vial found in Vincent's chest (Dark Brotherhood) was equivalent to feeding.  I tried this and it didn't work.  Any suggestions?

Well blood is blood right. Im not a vampire but do the victems have to be sleeping to bite them.

Yes, the victim does have to be sleeping if you want to feed off of him.
