Looks like I have no choice but to keep it, check this out...

I saved when I returned to the shrine and decided to say No to see what happens, game froze. Tried it again, game froze.

Clicked Yes and game freezes, tried Yes again, game freezes.

Looks Like Im keeping it and not going near that shrine for the remainder of the game

wow.. lots of people saying game is freezing in specific spots... hope it doesnt happen anywhere important for me.

Yeah, now Im paranoid that it may happen ijn the main quest or one of the mages quests and it happens so I cant finish something really important. Good thing this quest wasnt important.

the sword is alright, good thing it doesnt weigh anything or Id be pissed I couldnt drop it.

It does 6 more damage than my glass longsword, so I'm a happy camper. Until I find something better, or slightly weaker, but unenchanted, then I'm going to continue using it. The weight factor (or lack of it) is really nice, though.

I tried fighting Umbra at level 8, and she whooped my ass. I couldn't even get any power off her. After some trial and error, i figured out an AI glitch to kill her. I danced around the fire pit and backed up, she then jumped into the fire pit and i blasted her with some magic out of my staff. For some reason it paralyzed her, and she just stood in the fire while i continually fired my staff at her. She eventually died from standing in the fire, and much magic bolts.

So now i had this kick ass sword at level 8 that tore through anything i fought. The game soon got way to easy, and not as fun. I thought about just bumping up the difficulty, but then that would render my bow useless in comparison, and i really like using the bow. So i opted to reload a save before i got to her, and leave the sword and armor alone until i could legitimately beat her.

ive got like 60 hours played and just made it to level 6.....
