Knights Tears

I am at the place where he is totally frozen and I killed the Ice guy.  Do I just go back to some other town that is mentioned in the book?  I am really lost because there are no glowing blue crystals there.

they are on the ground around the completely frozen dude.  bring up your torch and you will see things that look like small pebbles.  they can be hard to see but you will eventually find them all.

Up there around him?  Or on the ground below that kinda island he is on?  I will just have to hit that place up again.  Shouldn't be too hard since I cleared it already.
