wow, I didn't realize there were 15 shrines

I've been to 9 of them, I thought that's all there was, guess I have more artifacts to collect.

I believe this is the temple inside the Imperial City It's totally useless other than being part of the main quest AFAIK.

Isn't it the cave where you go to get that book the Xarxes or something during the main quest, inside the cave there are like tons and tons of mythic dawns...i'm probably wrong but theres my three cents

Is it the quest after you give the book to the argonian at the university? And she tells you to look in the imperial graveyard around noon? If so, then you have to find the right tomb and activate it at noon. it will add a map marker for you.
