I found that at one of those stones(where I also got War Cry and Steed something or other), but this one was activated during the day instead of night.

Are there benefits to these bound items? I could Not Unequip them or equip my other items when they were on, so I *waited* 12 hours and at night they came off on their own?! I loaded the previous save and didnt bother.

Those huge stones usually have some cool stuff, why these bound items? the armor rating was bad and the dagger was kinda pathetic. I didnt see any active effects taking place so am I missing something?

and would the "Bound" scroll have anything to do with these? I dont even know what to do with the bound scroll when I reach a level that lets me use it

These bound items are Daedric I believe (strange that bound armor would be light armor considering Daedric is heavy but these are definitely Daedric.) You will notice that these stones are usually close to the Daedric temple areas (little areas in the wilderness with large statues and a couple people around them.) If you are good with conjuration you will be able to conjure bound items at some point. The benefit to them is that they are awesome. I used one of the stones as well. You can tell the difference between these stones and the class and sign stones by the fact that the bound item stones glow green while the others glow red. If I am wrong on any of this then someone feel free to correct me.

but what does a bound spell do? My conjuration is very high and I can almost use the bound scroll I jacked off some bastard.

and why are they unequipable during certain hours?

when I waited the 12 hours, they come aff automatically, and they werent in my inventory any longer. so I'd have to go to that stone every time I wanted to use it? and its not a fast travel area either.

just doesnt make much sense to me, but either did soul trapping and now I use it a lot

It's simple. Bound eq is a conjuration and conjurations only last for so long. Also, bound eq cannot be unequipped so if you lower the dagger, change weapons, or change a piece of bound eq it no longer exists. That is why it isnt in your inventory. It is along the same lines as conjuring a skeleton and then a zombie... the skeleton goes away. Dont think of it as a physical object in the same way as a shield or sword you pick up because it's not. I recommend everybody that wants to play this game seriously consider buying the guide. It answers so many questions and has so many resources.
