Yes, I agree with PennyWisdom, he's got pretty much all the information you need about Morrowind:Oblivion right there, but just to add on some things I'd like to mention that Bethesda Studios is making this years Morrowind game one of the best you will ever see. They're using a whole new combat system, they have bigger and better enviroments to play in, and in Oblivion this is supposed to be the most free roaming experience you'll ever have, but if your not into that thing then you can follow the main quest, and close the gates of Oblivion. All and all this game is a must buy, because you'll be playing it non-stop on the edge of your seat for days on end. Not to mention this game is getting the Game Of The Year Award.
