Opendml Problems.
« on: March 10, 2004, 05:55:00 AM »

I have to say, i was extremely happy about the new build and i still am because it's just so good. What made me the most happy was the fixed OpenDML issues, now i do not know or understand especially much about video codecs and video processing. The thing is i still cannot get the files that are in opendml containers to work, i copied all the information from GSpot, shouldn't this type of file be supported in the new build or have i just misunderstood what the OpenDML deal was all about?

Would be happy for some clarification and possibly a solution to play back these kind of files. Also note that the last XBMC i've tried that could play them was some build from back in December, but that build had other problems unfortunately.

This is something a group called [KAA] has encoded and all their releases follows a similiar format, i got these from my brother and they work flawlessly on my computer, it just sucks to watch anime on a 15" Crt :)

PS. But other than my presumed OpenDML problem, it's a great improvement now i'm just waiting for an update for BlackBlue skin wich was fantastic imho.  <

I'm not sure if it matters at all for the developers but there is a discussion about this issue over at Xbmc forums if someone could post this information there about another non-running OpenDML type of file it would be appreciated. For some reason i can join the board but not post (!!???) (If you got a solution for that please tell me)
