Can you say Carmack face lift?

While not as impressive as other X360 games we've seen,
this looks better than the previous build.

I always felt that Quake's multiplayer flavor was better than Unreal's.
My faith is slowly coming back!

Do you actually think it looks good? Maybe there was something wrong with the two movies I watched but it looked HORRIBLE.

It had the most jaggies i've ever seen in a game, the worst textures and low polygon models and world.

That's honestly the worst thing i've seen on the X360 by far. Maybe I saw the wrong videos or something.

I cant wait till Sony brings all that horse s**t that they have been pushing that is nothing more than prerendered lies into an actual gameplay environment. I'm sure we will be able to find some things wrong with it.

No need to even mention anything about PS3 here.

The fact is, that Quake 4 video looked like a typical PC game that can be achieved on current hardware. In other words, barely above average in terms of looks. Whether the Xbox 360 has power or not doesn't matter, because right now almost everything shown looks average. Shit, Kameo doesn't look much better than Conker on Xbox 1, Quake doesn't look much better than Doom or Riddick on Xbox 1, PGR and DOA are slightly improved, Condemned looks like current PC hardware, Perfect Dark looks like Xbox 1 and Oblivion's visuals don't set the world on fire either in terms of freaking out and being shocked at the power of this so called next gen.

If you're happy with the power and think the current footage of games is good then go ahead and buy it and enjoy it. We're happy for you, but I am not spending hard earned cash until I see something amazing.

Oh and stop using you're favourite word, 'troll'. We are people with opinions too, you fuckwits.

I must admit I'm not all that impressed with quake but then again I never was. In any instance show me working "IN GAME CONFIRMED PS3 FOOTAGE". Until you can do that u can't honestly make a comparison to anything other then Final Fantasy advent children. Because thats exaclty what MGS4 looks like; A CG Movie. So when sony decides to join the gaming world again let me know.

it's the fact tha you've been trolling every Xbox 360 game thread I have seen as of late.

Quake 4 is also running at 30 fps.

Go to town with that one.

If you don't want a 360 that's cool with me man, I still will be enjoying it this Nov.
