Does The New Hard Drive Have To Be Ide?
« on: September 14, 2004, 07:18:00 AM »

I was wondering if the new hard drive has to be IDE compatable?  I have a Seagate 80G hard drive that is Ultra ATA/100.  Will this work?

Your drive will work.  ATA and IDE are one and the same.  And no, you can't use SCSI.
