Perfect Dark Zero Question

Alright, I am a total 360 noob.  I have perfect dark zero and played it for a while, pressed start and then save game.  I assumed that when I reload PDZ that I should be able to somehow start from that point, but when I select mission, it just restarts me at the beginning of the game.  I am sure that I am missing something obvious  huh.gif

nope, "saved" game only start you from begining of level.
