In an interview they said the PD0 will have a new type of camera system. If you get to close to a wall it auto turns to 3rd person view so you can see around the corner. They didn't really go into detail of course.

Not sure how good that would be but that's what was said in a video interview with a designer on ign at E3.

PD was the best gameplay in a FPS ever that's why it got 9.9/10 on Gamespot and 9.8/10 on IGN.

Remeber these graphics come from alpha dev kits with 1/3 power of the final product and no edram.

When it comes out you will NOT be dissapointed!

If you mean Units sold, I disagree. While I despise Sony, I see them being king of units sold for many years. it will take another gen or 2 for MS and the xbox name to be firmly entrenched in gamers minds.

Now if you take away GTA's as sony exclusives at the onset, you'd get a couple million more 360's sold. They can keep Turismos and Metal Gears. Metal Gears are dying out. How many copies sold out fo the 80 million ps2's out there? Yeah exactly.

if MS got GTA at the same time Sony did, that would be the only thing I see helping MS. But it won't happen, regardless of what rumors we hear.

games wont be 4th gen when ps3 gets released, theyll be going on 2nd gen(in the US).

A generation is usually 9 to 12 months for games, but as stated many months ago, a generation of games is much shorter than it used to be.  devs will be tapping into the power much faster from the interview I remember. I wont even try looking for it, this was late fall I read that, around Halo 2 time.

For those who are worried about the graphics of PD0, don't.
Remember that PD0 was a Xbox game before 360. The build at MTV which are the pics you have seen are closer to the xbox than the xbox 360.

People who went to the Rare showing of PD0 at E3 said it looked as good as gears of war.
If this is true than you have nothing to be worried about as it looks as good as gears of war and is running on third power.

Also don't forget that rare games look shit in production but great when the come out so wait until a newer build is, er, built. Ok?

Yes, I remember that Perfect Dark Zero was going to be released as an Xbox game, then delayed, had a break then started working on the game with xbox 360 devkits?

PD0 looks great.

Still not sure if I should pick up PS0 or oblivion...

I'm gonna end up picking one or the other up at one point or another but I hate getting more than one game at once if I look to spend alot of time with one.

If I get oblivion, and it has no 'onlive' gameplay features, then I will hold my xbox live subscription until I pick up PD0.

Yeah I've read it. The thing I don't like is how levels block off certain parts if there are less players. Why not just make different sized maps? Some which are funner with 50 people and some that are funner with 10.

I'm also interested in 'prey'. Man, have you seen the 11 minute Gameplay footage? Holy sh!t!  It looks grimmy and dark and all, but looks deep and fun.
